When a therapist leaves or a position sits open, your residents and patients still need care. Colquitt Therapy Services provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy staff under contract to facilities across southwest Georgia. We currently provide therapy services across the Miller County hospital system and its subsidiaries in Colquitt, so we know this region, these settings, and the paperwork that comes with them.

Which therapy disciplines can you cover?
We staff physical therapy (PT and PTA), occupational therapy (OT and COTA), and speech-language pathology (SLP). Tell us what you need and we'll let you know what we can staff for your schedule.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Colquitt, Georgia, and work with facilities across southwest Georgia. If you're farther away, send a request anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
Can you cover short-term gaps like a leave or a vacancy?
Yes. You can request full-time, part-time, PRN, or temporary and leave coverage. Availability depends on the discipline, hours, and start date.
How are PTAs and COTAs supervised?
Physical therapist assistants and occupational therapy assistants work under the supervision of a licensed therapist, as Georgia rules require. We'll go over the supervision plan for your facility before coverage starts.
What does coverage cost?
Rates depend on the setting, discipline, hours, and travel. After we talk, we'll send a written proposal with rates for your facility. Submitting a request doesn't commit you to anything.
Who will I be working with?
Owner Deon Foster works in physical therapy and serves rural facilities in Colquitt. He'll be your point of contact from the first call on.
